Dear friends of TDHO,
I began my career at TDHO in 2006 as the Vietnam program coordinator and immediately found the field of international adoption to be very rewarding. I was very fortunate to work under the mentorship of TDH founder, Dorinda Cavanaugh, who shared her passion for children on a daily basis. Now, as director of TDHO, I am excited to continue the legacy that Dorinda and her husband, Brendan, had started.
Experience acquired throughout the years of serving in this field in many countries and through the large number of adoptions successfully completed, has allowed TDHO to develop its credibility with the central authorities in countries where TDHO worked and adding new ones to be developed in the near future.
By browsing through the Vietnam, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Haiti, Honduras and USA program you will get first hand glance to our dedicated coordinators who will share with you their decades of experience in the world of Adoption as well as on a personal level as adoptees, birth parents and adoptive parents.
From the administration level, you will be assisted by Agathe, José and myself to guide you through the process of completing your dossier and finalize your adoption.
We at TDHO understand that choosing a country and an agency can be stressful, this is why we recommend that you do not hesitate to contact any of our staff and ask questions until you feel comfortable with the decision you will be making.
